1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ContentFarm ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ContentFarm provides AI-powered analysis of hackathon projects from Devpost, including monetization scoring and business validation insights. The Service is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of the analysis.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Payment

Free Plan: Limited to 10 project analyses per month.

Basic Plan ($15/month): Includes 1,000 project analyses per month, deep validation analysis, and full database access.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
  • Your account will revert to the Free plan

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. We encourage you to use the Free plan to evaluate the service before subscribing.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Scrape or automate access beyond normal usage
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
  • Interfere with other users' access to the Service

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by ContentFarm. Analysis results generated for your queries are provided for your personal or business use but do not transfer ownership of our underlying technology.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that the analysis will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Business decisions should not be made solely based on our analysis.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ContentFarm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
