Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your ContentFarm subscription at any time. Here's what happens when you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will continue to have access to all paid features until that date
  • You will not be charged for any subsequent billing periods
  • Your account will automatically revert to the Free plan

How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Click on your profile icon in the header
  2. Select "Manage Account"
  3. Navigate to the Billing section
  4. Click "Cancel Subscription"

You can also contact us directly at support@contentfarm.app to cancel your subscription.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for subscription payments. By subscribing to ContentFarm, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

We encourage you to use the Free plan to evaluate our service before subscribing to the Basic plan. The Free plan includes 10 project analyses per month, allowing you to test the core functionality.

Free Plan

The Free plan is provided at no cost and has no refund implications. You can use the Free plan indefinitely with limited features (10 analyses per month).
